Insurances and Account Cancellations

Madam, Sir

Here more than 7 months, my wife and I tried to close our account in your Chateuneuf Branch. We wrote 3 letters and so many emails even to your headquarter. Nobody cared. We have sold our French House and you are still debiting our account. It is unfair and we have no debt normally with you but your Chateuneuf office is always ignoring us and never took the leadership to do its work ! We were on time to cancel all your services last year in 2018.

We have been always honest and how still dare you sending us letters in the UK for no payments since we left France last year. It’s so unfair.
